Return Policy
Sarah's Works accepts returns within 30 days of the date your order was shipped by us. Returns on mail orders
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns on in-store purchases must be accompanied by a store receipt.
Returns must be unopened, in good condition, and sealed in their original packaging. Herbs and items that are
opened may not be returned. There is no return on special orders or special formulas prepared for customers.
