"Sacred Hoop" Discovering the Medicine Wheel and Shoshone traditions.

Event Details: "Sacred Hoop"- Discover what your power and totem animals are, how to call on them, shape shifting, and how to effectively use a medicine wheel for healing and meditative purposes. Based on Shoshone traditions.
Week 1-History, Intro to the Medicine Wheel, and creating Sacred Space Week 2- Ceremonies. Week 3- Totem animals and how to incorporate them into the wheel. Week 4- Power Animals- the difference between Totem and Power Animals and how to call on the Power Animals. Week 5- Tieing it all together. How to use the Wheel to call on the different animals, and shape shifting. Week 6- Prayer Burning Ceremony. Week 7- Shamanic Journey- Discover what a journey is used for, what information you can find out, and the best way to practice a journey. (2 Hours)
